This list is for people who are interested in beta reading fan fiction based on the Magnificent Seven TV series and for M7 fan fic writers who are looking for a beta reader.

No actual fic will be posted to this list. Do not discuss specific stories. Writers may post requests for beta readers, and fic may be placed in our Files section.

Please subscribe to this list as a beta reader ONLY if you have the time and motivation to help other authors improve their work. Do not subscribe as a beta if:
- You are under 18 years of age.
- You are only interested in reading fic before anyone else sees it
- You are aware that you do not have the skills required to correct someone else's work
- You are intolerant of adult or slash fiction (no fic will be posted to this list, but, writers will be free to ask for such work to be beta-ed)

PLEASE DON'T VOLUNTEER TO BETA A STORY UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY INTEND TO DO IT IN A TIMELY MANNER (A week or less)

Beta readers will be able to select the fic they wish to beta, and writers should understand that occasionally, there may not be anyone available for certain types of fic.

"Me, too," "Thank you," "Prayer request," and OT posts are strongly discouraged. So are unsnipped messages with several previous posts attached, and replies that do not refer to the orginal comment or question. "Nuisance" posters may be moderated if they become too bothersome.

Members who send spam, flames, or chain messages will be placed on moderation. (If it says "send to everyone you know" - DON'T!)
