SCOTT BAIRSTOW INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

– PART TWO

1)         On “Lonesome Dove” you worked with a lot of guest stars – people like Lee Majors and Diahann Carroll.  Do you have any favorite memories?

There isn’t just one, there are many.  Trying to keep up with Lee Majors, bar hopping one night – well, it’s one I’d like to kind of forget.  I failed miserably.

2)         What was it like working on “Significant Others”  with Jennifer Garner and Eion Bailey?

This being one of the first high profile jobs either of them had ever done, I felt like the veteran.  I enjoyed the show because of shared commitment to the work that all of the actors had.

3)         In Wolf Lake” (with Tim Matheson  and Bruce McGill) you looked like you were really enjoying yourself....

Yup. For some reason I really have a lot of fun being the bad guy.  It lends itself to intense drama which I love.

4)         How do you feel about Internet Groups  that  keep shows like “Lonesome Dove” in the public eye?

I’m quite grateful to those fans of the show.  They are the reason the show was made to begin with.

5)         How long does it take you to write a song?

It depends, some songs flow out of me easier than others.  I’ve written some in a day, others have taken as long as a year.

6)         Where do you get ideas for your songs?

They come from the feelings I have inside about the current emotional state of my life.

7)         What do you to relax?

I read the Bible, and journal.

8)         In addition to your belief in God, what things stimulate you creatively or emotionally?

Everything life has to offer, the joys and the pains. I’m addicted to feeling.

9)         Is there one thing you want your fans to know about you?

I’m a forgiving and forgiven human being, always trying to better the lives of the people I love.

10)       What one thing have you learned most from your acting/music career?

It is entirely in God’s hands what direction or elevation each career takes.

11)       You've worked with Professional wrestlers Brett Harte and Chris Jericho –how were they as professional actors?

I consider them to be good actors.  They both were very committed to their roles and super people to be around.

12)       Will we be able to see or hear you in anything new, anytime soon?

Well, Cheryl [Dubuque of Angel Hawk Productions]  and I are working on shooting a video for the song “Despair” sometime early in 2009, and I’m hoping to record my next CD in 2009.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks to Angel Hawk Productions for making this possible.
