Description

This group is for fans of the tv series, 'Mission:Impossible', which ran from 1966 to 1973 and which was revived in the late 1980s.
The IMF leader for the first season was Dan Briggs (Steven Hill).
From Season 2 and for the rest the run, the IMF was headed by Jim Phelps, (Peter Graves). He returned for the 1980s revival of the series.
The team was:
Season 1: Dan, Cinnamon, Barney, Willy (with Rollin on occasions)
Seasons 2 & 3: Jim, Rollin, Cinnamon, Barney and Willy
Season 4: Jim, Paris, Barney and Willy with different female operatives.
Season 5: Jim, Paris, Dana, Barney, Willy (replaced by Doug for some eps)
Seasons 6 & 7: Jim, Casey (replaced by Mimi for part of Season 7), Barney and Willy
1980s revival: Jim, Nicholas, Grant (Barney's son), Max, Casey Randall (Eps 1-12), Shannon (for the rest)
Bob Johnson was the voice on the taped messages.

...   II am surprised the cinematography is getting top marks, as I for once find the show pretty average looking. The 1970s might have been great for movies

Hi Bill,   I really love the moments where the main characters step out of character, so to speak. Someone loses their cool, cries, or shows their human side.
