I think you mean 2820. The decision really rests on features. The
2820 has more features/memory than the ID800. The 2820 is a 2
receiver dual band radio, while the ID800 is a single receiver dual
band radio. The performance of the two radios is nearly equal, but
the 2820 has diversity reception capability that the ID800 doesn't have.
