Having problems with message search?
Jim, on my ID800H it does not have a BCL control. I am going to do a complete reset, and re-program the radio and see what happens. Thanks for your tip.

Hi Hank,
I'm still learning how things work with my ID-800H, but those 3 short beeps when running in high power can be turned off in the intial setup mode, by turning off the BCL. Try that out.
