JACQUELINE PEARCE

Those of you who have been following Jacqueline's blog on her website
www.jacquelinepearce.com will know that she has made the life-altering decision
to live permanently in Africa, on a sanctuary for orphaned vervet monkeys. She
has been working and living there on and off over the past year and has
completely fallen in love with the monkeys, the sanctuary and Africa. Although
we will miss her, we are delighted she has found such happiness and I'm sure you
will join us in wishing her good health and much happiness in her new life with
her friends and 'babies' on the sanctuary.

She will be departing these shores in less than 3 weeks, but you still have two
chances to meet her (if you've not yet done so) or say goodbye if you have.

Next Saturday, 10th March from 3-5pm, Jacqueline will be signing at the VOGA
Shop in Edinburgh.

22, Leven Street, Edinburgh EH3 9LJ Tel: 0131 228 8844

HORIZON SIGNING: On the following Saturday, 17th March Horizon is planning our
own farewell signing, also from 3-5pm, in the London area. This will be a
pre-booked event only (the venue is still TBA and will depend on the level of
interest.) Therefore, anyone who is interested in attending is asked to contact
me (Diane) within the next few days to give me time to organize it properly.
Numbers for this will be limited, so please ensure you book early to avoid
disappointment. There will be a small entrance fee of £10 and there will be
photos available to buy which you can get Jacqueline to sign, and because
numbers are limited there will be an opportunity to chat to her and take your
own photos.

We are also taking pre-orders for anyone who would like a signed photo but isn't
able to attend. Obviously there will be regular signed photos available in the
future, while stocks last, but if you would like a personalized photo, this
could be your last chance.

ORDER SIGNED PHOTOS: All pre-orders MUST be received by no later than Thursday
15th March. Personalised photos will be £15 plus applicable postage. Regular
signed photos £10 each. Once Jacqueline has left the country, the cost for
unpersonalised photos will rise to £15 each. We have a choice of several
different photos - information will be posted here in the next few days. In the
meantime, if you are interested in buying one or more signed items, please email
Diane to let her know.

Remember, if you are interested in attending the signing on Saturday 17th March
please let me know straight away (this does not commit you to attending, it is
just to gauge interest.) email Diane at horizonb7@...

Further info will also be on our website www.horizon.org.uk
