CAST NEWS

Diane and the Horizon team would like to take this opportunity to
wish you all a merry Christmas, a belated happy Chanukah and a very
happy New Year, and we hope our Christmas Day announcements will add
to the festive spirit…

GARETH THOMAS
Gareth's episode of `Taggart' – `Saints and
Sinners' in which he
plays Lord Falkland airs on Thursday 30th December, ITV1, 9-10.30pm.

The series `Distant Shores' starring Peter Davison in which
Gareth plays Charles McAllister begins on Wednesday, 5th January
2005 on ITV1, 9-10pm. Gareth is in 4 episodes out of 6.
`Distant Shores' is a comedy drama starring Peter Davidson as
Bill,
a successful businessman who is forced by his family to quit the
London rat race for six months to spend time with them on a tranquil
island off the north east coast of England.

Gareth will be playing The Colonel in John Osborne's `Look
Back in Anger' at the Royal Lyceum, Edinburgh from 14 January to
12
February, box office 0131 248 4848. It then plays a week at the
Royal Theatre, Bath from 14 to 19th February, box office 01225 448
844.

The Play: In an ordinary city centre flat, lives a young man with a
dark anger inside of him, the clock ticks as he waits. This is the
story of a complex mind in a too simple world, caught between
loathing and love, he struggles to control the terrible destruction
that boils within. 1950's drama dominated by the archetypal Angry
Young Man, Jimmy Porter. In 1956 this play changed the course of
British theatre and heralded the beginning of a renaissance.

MICHAEL KEATING
Michael plays a vicar in 4 episodes of `EastEnders' on BBC1.
Michael thinks his episodes will be broadcast on 10 & 17 January and
7 & 10 February. (He performs his first baptism on the 17th January
episode!!)

PAUL DARROW
Paul continues to be heard in voiceovers for many channels,
including C4, MTV and The Disney Channel, and his advert for the
Mobility Scooter is still showing on various channels. He has also
recently completed a documentary about Moses in which he plays the
Voice of God.

`Rough Magik', a pilot for a proposed series in which Paul
played the mysterious Mr Moon has been released on DVD (region 1
only). The DVD is the H.P. Lovecraft Collection: Volume 2 `Rough

JACQUELINE PEARCE
Jacqueline will be signing at the Vintage Magazine Store, Brewer
Street, London W1 on Saturday 5th February 2005, from 11am to 4pm..
