Hey, it's Franklin --- the animated turtle who's the star of his own book series and TV show. Here's a group to talk about this cute, gentle-natured turtle his friends and family. This is designed to be a more full-featured Franklin group including files, links, polls more.

Franklin has now been seen in books for over 20 years and on TV for well over 10. Paulette Bourgeois is no longer writing new Franklin books, but there are still new releases - visit this page for details.

If you live in the U.S., Franklin is on each day on the Nick Jr. subnetwork Noggin, which switched to a 24/7 hour airing format on December 31, 2007. Franklin originates in Canada, so for Canadians, you can see Franklin on Treehouse TV. Unfortunately, Franklin is not airing on Canada's Family Channel currently.

Franklin and the Turtle Treasure, Franklin's newest film, is also now available on DVD. This film has also been seen twice on Noggin in the United States.
