Does anyone know how (websites, people, etc.) to be able to volunteer
for an upcoming project (any location)? I believe they usually find
volunteers primarily through the contractors' friends and family and
those directly involved with the family (ancillary community groups,
friends and family of the chosen family, etc.). One who wants to
volunteer therefore has to know somone related to the project to
volunteer. The project is (available to the) public but not
(publicized) public until construction nears starting, and even that
news bit may still not answer how one can actually volunteer.
