Interesting to note, that the same thing happened when they wrapped the
Footballers Wives series...we lost the last 20 minutes of the series finale and
BBC America said there was nothing they could do about it.

I haven't watched it yet, but a couple of years ago DISH didn't show
the episode where Dennis was killed. It ended with the episode
before, and next it started with the episode after. I think they
finally showed the missing episode a couple of weeks later, with the
excuse that DISH does not control content, they just show the
episodes BBC America supplies them with. Hopefully next weeks
programming will just pick up where they left off. Unless there was a
special hourlong show, (usually at Christmas and New Years), four
episodes a week is all there is.
