I agree, there are a lot of great shows on Disney channel, XD, ABC Family, ABC,
etc.  All would be on topic ---

On the local news today there was a reporter that looked
99% like Rondell Sheridan.

He was reporting on the effect of the severe weather in
Georgia.

They did not say his name but it probably not the same.

I wondered if they could be related.

Possibly - I don't know where you are from, or where Mr. Sheridan is from, but
if they are from the same town the chances increase that they are related.

Lindsey - I think to jump start this, we need to suggest topics ourselves in the
beginning, and once it gets going and everybody is really into it, we can open
it up to contests with everybody wanting to compete for the honor.

And - in honor of you being the most active member at the moment, I nominate you

I had a little lemonade for breakfast --- (ha ha) ---

All I can say is - spectacular!  this was way better than I expected.  I knew
Bridget Mendler has a seriously good singing voice - Radio Disney has been
playing her for at least a couple of weeks - but wow!

I would say Glee meets high school musical meets Max Keeble - but not in a bad
way.

Let me start with the principal - you might recognize him from dozens of
different roles:

Bridget, of course, is extremely cute - from the time we met her as Juliet on
Wizards, she has been a favorite of mine.  Perhaps because she reminds me of one
of the first (and best) Disney girls - Susan Hampshire.  So much so I could
imagine her in a re-make of Thomasina as the lead romantic character.  But 50
years ago - Disney girls didn't usually sing, although Haley Mills had a modest
hit with "lets Get together".  But Bridget can and wow!

Newcomer Naomi Scott is not only gorgeous, but has a great voice.  Wow - I
notice she has a pilot called Terra Nova, I'd love to see her get her own show,
but not at the expense of Lemonade Mouth.  Based on what I just heard, I think
they are a viable musical group and playing Madison Square Garden some day may
not be that much of a stretch.  Think a young Lea Michelle.

Hayley Kiyoko is probably recognizable from Wizards of Waverly Place as one of
Justin's students - her rebel for a cause personna in the movie is the unifying
factor for the band.  She certainly has a good voice, and is a talented guitar
player.

Chris Brochu is recognizable from Soul Surfer - interesting that two major
projects are hitting for him within a week.  He is also a Nick crossover, having
been in Zoey 101 and Unfabulous.

Adam Hicks was the VERY annoying neighbor on Jonas LA, and of course is from
Zeke and Luther.

Blake Michael is a relative newcomer, having had parts in about half a dozen
other projects.  When I first saw him - my first thought was "Disney's answer to
Beck on Victorious".  But all three boys are talented musicians, and great to
back up the girls.

Tisha Campbell-Martin - Miss Reznick the sponsor is another character performer
who has been in dozens of roles.  Not all of them family friendly, but her
enthusiasm spurs the new group along.
