I want to apologize and acknowledge my inappropriate behavior last week. The Bible tells us in Romans chapter 7:19 "For what I do is not the good I want to do; no, the evil I do not want to do -- this I keep on doing." It goes on to say how our flesh and spirit are constantly at war inside us and that we are wretched creatures. No excuses for my actions -- just a reminder how much I need Jesus and how pathetic I truly am.

 

My actions were wrong. Obviously, I should have responded privately, despite another's actions at blatant criticism, based on private conversations and emails.

 

My deepest regret is to John, who has been the greatest of friends and the true spirit and heart of this group. He's participated in every single episode and never complained. He's a true gentleman, a title I never claimed for myself.
