Hey there i have watched a few episodes of the show and love it, now
its getting down to the final days and will be over soon i just wanted
to say how hot and sexy Joe is in this show i have loved him ever
since i saw him in the Sopranos, i now have most every season of the
Sopranos and love to watch them when im in the mood for some EXCELENT
drama and just look at such a hot guy, Joe you are a one in a million
man and a hot and sexy one at that.
Admit it. All the crying, excuses, in-fighting and backstabbing are why we watch the show in the first place. The good thing is that it's balanced out by cheering, encouragement, soul-searching and triumph. Can't wait for the new season!

Does anyone know where to find clips, etc from season one? Anytime I

I am proud of all of them. Young MC and Biz really did a great job
losing the pounds. And can you believe the boot camp work out video is
on backorder!!! I can't wait for the next season to start.

Or it could be that because of Gunnar's childhood, he is eager to be
"teacher's pet" and get Harvey's approval. I can relate to
that...because of my similar childhood I have always been a "people
pleaser" and trying to let that go...I also blame all my Libra.

Welcome! Well, this place has been pretty quiet lately, but I'm sure we
are all still watching and supporting the cast!
I have ALWAYS been a MAJOR Gunner fan, so needless to say I jumped out
of my chair when he suddenly walked through the door! Then to hear about
his mother...wow...I cried because it was like he was telling MY story!
I would do anything to just give him a giant hug someday.
I am surprised I have ended up really liking Kelly- I thought she'd be a
snooty Barbie doll, but she is really down to earth. Again, as she was
telling her story I could really relate...that feeling like a "piece of
meat" is a truly horrible experience. Most women in our society can
relate to THAT feeling...and it is common for women to put on some
weight as "protection", especially if they have had negative sexual
advances. Yuck.
Chas is still my very favorite and I wish her great success!
I'm a holistic nutritionist (which is about body/mind/spirit not just
food) and I see some very good examples on this show. Notice how people
like Ralphie, Wendy, and Kelly had their best success after some type of
body wrap?
That's because it is a very powerful way to detox the fat cells! Guess
what? We live in a VERY toxic world full of chemicals, heavy metals,
etc. One way the body tries to shield our organs from these very acidic
toxins is to trap them...IN FAT CELLS!!! OH YES- it's not just eating
too much that can make you fat. Sorry, Harvey- I know you won't agree,
you think everyone is just lazy. I've worked with so many clients that
have the best success doing body wraps and taking liver cleansing herbs-
but they had LITTLE success eating less and excercising! If you know you
don't eat like a pig and you are heavy, you could be toxic with a
sluggish liver. Another thing I've found is that MANY have underactive
thyroid and are not diagnosed. One reason is many of the toxins in our
systems block the thyroid hormone from working at a cellular level. Take
your temp by mouth when you first wake up- it it is under 98.2 get your
thyroid checked and NOT just that stupid TSH doctors use because it is
basically crap. Have them check your free T3 and free T4 AND for thyroid
antibodies.
Sorry to go on...but I can tell from this show that some members could
use some help BEYOND just eating less and exercising more. We live in a
world full of metabolic problems and fat people are being labeled lazy
pigs when it is often not the case.
