*** IMPORTANT BLOOD TIES NEWS ***

I'm sorry to say that our beloved show has come to an end. This letter
from Insight was posted over at the Lifetime message boards:

Dear "LT. , Kirk has asked me to respond to your e-mail regarding
Blood Ties. Unfortunately Lifetime decided not to renew their
broadcast license for Blood Ties and we have not been able to find
another network to broadcast the show so we will not be producing
another season. I guess we must now just be grateful we were able to
made the episodes we did. We thank you for your support and wish you
all the best in the New Year ahead.

It cannot be said that we didn't try our best to get Lifetime to
commit to another season or other networks to pick it up, so you
should all be proud of your efforts because it says a lot about your
love for this show and its cast.

Even though we won't be getting anymore Blood Ties episodes, we will
be seeing much more from the talented Christina Cox, Kyle Schmid and
Dylan Neal!!!! Please continue to offer them the same strength of
support wherever their careers take them next! :)

Cheers to Christina, Kyle and Dylan for giving us a show to love and
characters to love even more!!!
