According to an article I read a few weeks ago from radaronline.com, the
accident happened on September, 24 2008 and the guy wants LW to pay him $25,000.

I guess we can assume that LW is perfectly fine seeing that in the over 9 months
since, she's been traveling the world doing her healing workshops, attending
autograph conventions and giving interviews where the accident hasn't even been
mentioned.
