Hey. I've just heard that the clip of Abigail's hit single, "Je
T'Aime", is to be shown during the second episode of "Love Is In The
Air", ABC's new music documentary series which commences tonight at
7.30pm, Australia wide.
(Thanks Shaun!)
do you know what tv program this clip was taken from?
would it be "the barry crocker comedy hour" by any chance, i know of a copy out
there and just wondered if the master still existed in their archives

Don't know where the clip comes from. Judging from last night's
premiere there will be lots of brief clips but little clue as to their
origin.
Can't wait to see it though!
See here for cool E Street article with lots of great pics:
http://www.auzzie.net/plasma/news.php?extend.222
Note the article discussed "future" events if you are watching it for
the first time on Channel Ten.
The ABC (Australia) is repeating three part mini-series "Queen Kat,
Carmel and St Jude" on Monday nights, 11.00 PM.
Carol Burns who was "Prisoner" cult favourite Franky Doyle despite
being in that show for just the first twenty episodes, plays a
supporting role in the series.
umm can you tell me where you found that link?
if you found it you mus thave been viewing some type of cached link or hotlink
as the site this has come from is my site which has not been available to the
public since early this year when it went down for a new design.
This was exactly why the site was taken down, people kept posting links outside
the site or hotlinking to material, therefore just abusing the site and never
actually visiting it to see its purpose or why it is there and this really
annoys me.
98% of downloading and hits to the site were not from visiting the site as a
site, but by just arriving to the files directly for download.
This is why the site will become membership based in the future, much as i like
sharing my collection of material with people, it hurts when it is abused and
taken advantage of and the whole point of the site is bypassed and the purpose
of it is defeated.
To look at the site and its purpose and what it is hoping to achieve please
visit the front page as you are meant to at:
http://austv.hostforweb.com
I have over 500mb in the archive of rare audio and video material which i would
hope to release to the public but the issue is that if i do so freely then
bandwidth from hotlinking and everything will go through the roof and the site
will be shut down and i will not get any benefit of it at all and the excercise
will have been pointless.
Thats why i am hoping to have a membership system whereby people will get access
to material only when they are able to give something back to the archive or the
site in return, whether that be via a donation or donation of video material or
alike.

thanks, i shall be having words to the author of the site as that really poor
nettiquet to hotlink to others files like that and is plain bandwidth stealing!

Hey guys, Plasma EXPLODED and we lost the last months content so I
reposted the E-Street Article.
It can be found here:

Also feel free to comment on it or join in discussion on
the "Comment" option, you dont need to register at all! Just pop in
a screen name and your comment and hit submit.
There's already some chic there complaining about todays episode
(Thursday, when Sheridan put the kids in the bush), I really didn't
think it was THAT bad.
Thanks again guys!

This event has been briefly mentioned here before. Just thought I'd
add that if your would like to go, information and a booking form are
available by emailing the organiser here: roz@...
The event will be held in the old Channel Ten studios, in February
2004.
I've just stumbled upon this great interview with frequent soap star
Rebecca Gilling, at the excellent TV Eye website:
http://home.1asphost.com/aussietv/INTVWrebecca.htm. There are several
references to her soap roles including "The Young Doctors" and the
feature films version of "Number 96".
Note that this site includes lots of old Australian series of the
1970s: see where some of today's soap stars started out...
In October 1984, the Seven Network announces it's new upcoming soap "Living
Together" which would become "Neighbours" by the time it goes to air in
March 1985.

Not sure what has possessed them to do this, but the regional Southern Cross
Ten stations have dumped the first 30 minutes of "Cheez TV" from Ten each
weekday morning, and replaced with reruns of the late-90's soap "Breakers".
I'm not sure why they'd bother!!

HI!
Does anybody have some gossip about my favourite Prisoner-stars:Patsy
King,Jude Kuring,Pat Bishop and Betty Lucas?
Does anybody have some movies/soaps featuring these ladies?
Is it true that Pat Bishop is dead?
ŽLove,Eva
The only "gossip" I have is seeing a flustered-looking Patsy King
buying a greeting card from Myer Melbourne's Lonsdale Street store
earlier this year.
