I agree Amber is a lovely girl, and it sounds like she's already been
through quite a bit in her life (i.e., overcoming drug addiction,
coping with being a single parent, financial hardship, and probably
more than just a couple of bad relationships). Unfortunately, despite
her inner strength, I think she comes across as too trusting and
somewhat ignorant to the other house guests (and to us watching the
show). That's too bad, because the others probably see her as naive and
someone that can be easily influenced, manipulated and exploited. At
the same time, these qualities also make her seem very non-threatening.
Amber will never anger anyone or appear to go behind anyone's back. If
she can survive all the intricate alliance-making and back-stabbing, I
can see her going to at least the final four--or even the final two!
