Alf Stewart was an original character of Home and Away , along with Sally.,Alf married Ailsa
Alf's children are Roo and Duncan ,played by Brendan McKensy Roo's daughter is Martha
At the end of 2004 season,Alf found out he had a son, Ric he never knew existed.

The Stewart home like many in the Bay has been a haven at times for children with nowhere to go including : Karen and her brother, Blake
