I can't believe it either! Alan, and Monica, are two of my favorites on
GH. I have enjoyed watching Alan, and Tracy since his death.
If you find anyone who has saved some of these, let us know. I
started putting stories on my laptop so I can enjoy them anytime I
want. I love good A & M stories. Better than the crap we were
subjected to.

Sorry all...I'm a Days fan also, or was. JERk refers to James E. Reilly. The SK was the serial killer storyline from 2003 where they killed half the cast and fired them. To add insult to injury, they were all asked to return almost a year later w/ the TIIC claiming that it was the plan all along and not the heated protests and lower ratings that ensured it. The characters were held prisoner on an island thanks to Tony DiMera. Sorry I get ahead of myself sometimes. I just think it's insulting to SD. If they felt the need to kill him so bad...couldn't they wait until the end of his contract. It would have aired near sweeps, but BG and JFP don't care about fans....just their vision of the Sonny and Carly Comedy Hour. I refuse to watch "Ghost Alan". It's too stupid. Thank god for my DVDs and tapes and the blessed souls at youtube so I can relieve the glory days of the real GH.

ITA! If they wanted to kill him off so bad, couldn't they wait until when his contract ran out in August? How disrespectful they have been to SD? Does anyone else wonder if they are pulling crap like JERk did w/ the SK storyline a few years ago? If
that's true, SD should tell them what they can do w/ their storyline. This "ghost" crap is retarded and insulting!

I agree! I think Alan being a ghost is ridiculus and disrespectful to Stuart Damon. As bad as killing him off is, being demeaned to the status of a ghost is even worse!

I agree with this, we could have used less bickering and more
flashbacks!!! I am still hooked on GH at this point, which is wild,
since I don't think I have watched it regularly since the mid 80' when
we had the Robert/Holly/Anna triangle, loved that!!
SD is hot, though, isn't he?? I am still reserving judgement on the
ghost story, though a ghostly Alan is better than no Alan at all...
That was truly a joke of a funeral indeed. It started out with the Q's
fighting about his picture and flower arrangements. Skye showing up
with Lorenzo. Although I did like the dig Ned shot at Sonny's expense
and the flashbacks at the end were also good to. Other that it was a
major slap in the face to both the actor and the character he devoted
30 years to.
I know, so sad they killed him off, but the ghost plot does seem
rather lame--he seems like such a sweet man, and looks great for 70.
I just got the DVD of the 1965 Cinderella, and an hooked on it again...
