Hannibal mentions being in one of "Ho Chi Minh's death camps, sonny"
in Bad Time On The Border.

Heavy Bread has the Team rescuing their rescueer from the camp, Lin
Duk Koo.

I think there were a couple of other throwaway comments, but can't
remember which eps right now.
