List Guidelines.

The basic list etiquette rules apply here.  Don't send spam, petitions, or chain
letters to the list.  Basically treat others as you want to be treated.  Rude
behavior will NOT be tolerated.  Rude behavior is defined by the list moderators
on a case by case basis.

1 - If you have a complaint send it to the moderators and not the list.

2 - Do not send an email to the group with the sole purpose of advertising your
mailing list without permission from the moderators.  We do allow links to your
group in your signature, but if we find that a list is inappropriate, we will
ask you to remove it.

3 -  When replying to posts please include only the essential parts of the
original post in your email leaving just enough of the original post to give
readers an idea as to what you are responding too.   If you are in digest mode,
please do not include the entire digest when replying to a post.  Also please
try and keep subject lines up-to-date.
